Shipping & Returns
Every instrument at Reverty is inspected, played, and carefully prepared before it leaves Japan. Here's exactly what to expect when you order.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Each item gets one final check, is detuned where needed, and is packed by hand before it ships.Shipping & costs
We ship worldwide from Japan using fully tracked, insured couriers — typically FedEx, EMS, DHL, UPS, or USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of the item, and the carrier is chosen to keep your instrument as safe and as fast as possible. A tracking number is provided for every order.Delivery times
Transit time depends on your country and the courier used. Express services (FedEx, DHL, UPS) are usually fastest; EMS and USPS can take longer. We'll share an estimate for your region at dispatch.Customs, duties & taxes
Orders to the United States: all import duties and taxes are handled by us in advance (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). You won't be charged any duties or taxes on delivery.
All other destinations: import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are collected on arrival (DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid), according to your country's rules. Every shipment is declared accurately. If you're unsure how this applies to your country, please contact us before buying.Packaging
Guitars and basses are packed with protective wrapping, with the strings detuned to relieve neck tension in transit. Pedals and smaller items are padded and boxed securely. We've shipped instruments safely all over the world, and careful packing is something we take seriously.Returns
Every instrument is inspected and described in detail before listing, so we accept returns only when an item arrives with a significant fault or is materially not as described. Returns for change of mind (buyer's remorse) can't be accepted. If an item is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. When the fault is on our side, we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund once the instrument is returned in the same condition it was sent. A refund is our standard resolution.
