Here is the Fernandes FST-50 Stratocaster, featuring a stamped serial number on the fingerboard, indicating production around 1977. This instrument captures all the hallmark features of a 70s Stratocaster — a Sen ash body, one-piece maple neck, large headstock, and 3-bolt neck plate — making it an outstanding example of the Japan Vintage era.
The body shows natural wear and play marks from age, adding true vintage character. The neck is straight, and while the frets show about 50% remaining with some wear, it still plays well overall. At a very low action, there may be minor buzzing, but nothing that significantly affects performance.
