1982-1983 Aria Pro II ZZ Deluxe - Explorer Type, Blue Burst - MIJ Matsumoku
A genuine piece of 1980s Japanese guitar history. The Aria Pro II ZZ Deluxe is an Explorer-style solid body built at the legendary Matsumoku factory, the same plant responsible for the most highly regarded Aria Pro II instruments of the era.
This example wears a blue burst finish with black edges and full gold hardware, a combination that captures the look of the early 80s Japanese rock scene. The headstock carries the "ZZ Deluxe" and "Smooth Joint" markings, and the neck plate is stamped "Aria Pro II - Accurate Bolt On System - 2110119 - Made in Japan". The serial number places production in the 1982-1983 period, during Matsumoku's most respected years of output. It comes with its original Aria Pro II hard case.
