1985 Fernandes FST Series Stratocaster Type - Made in Japan
A Japanese-made Stratocaster-type electric guitar from Fernandes, one of the most respected names of the Japanese vintage copy era. This example carries the Fernandes Corporation Ltd. decal on the headstock and Fernandes-branded enclosed tuners, and the neck heel is stamped 850401, a date stamp indicating 1985 production.
The body has been refinished in a deep teal green, giving the guitar a clean, understated look while keeping it firmly in player-grade territory. The vintage-style synchronized tremolo carries a MADE IN JAPAN stamp on the block, and the guitar is a straightforward three-single-coil, master volume / two tone layout.
