1993-1994 Fender Japan ST57 '57 Stratocaster Reissue - MIJ, Fujigen Era
This is a Fender Japan ST57, the '57-style Stratocaster from the Made in Japan era. The N-prefix six-digit serial number (N031086) dates this guitar to 1993-1994, and the neck heel is stamped "ST-57". It comes from the period when Fender Japan instruments were built by Fujigen.
The ST57 follows the mid-'50s Stratocaster recipe: a one-piece maple neck with skunk stripe and heel-adjust truss rod, the small headstock with spaghetti-style Fender logo, a single-ply white pickguard and a vintage-style synchronized tremolo. This example shows honest playwear and vintage patina, and it has been checked by our repair technician. It is a player's piece with a straight neck and plenty of fret life left.
