Up for sale is a vintage 1982 Yamaha SG-1000 in a beautiful Cherry Sunburst finish. Made in Japan during the golden era of Japanese guitar manufacturing, the SG-1000 is widely regarded as one of the best solid-body guitars ever produced, often compared to high-end Gibson Les Pauls.

This guitar features a maple top over a mahogany body, a mahogany set neck, and a premium ebony fretboard. It is equipped with Yamaha's original high-output humbuckers and the innovative "Bi-Sound System" (push/push tone pots for coil-splitting), offering a wide range of versatile tones from thick, creamy humbucker sounds to crisp, bright single-coil twang.

[Condition]

•Overall Condition: Very Good for its age. There are some scratches, dings, and signs of wear on the body due to its age and normal use.

•Neck: Straight. The truss rod functions properly.

•Frets: About 60-70% remaining. Plenty of life left for comfortable playing.

•Hardware: Original hardware shows some tarnishing and patina typical of a vintage instrument.

•Modifications/Missing Parts: The pickguard is missing. Otherwise, it appears to be in its original state.

•Electronics: Fully functional. The Bi-Sound System (coil-tap) works perfectly.
