1960s Guyatone LG-85T Vintage Bizarre Electric Guitar - Made in Japan
A genuine 1960s Guyatone LG-85T from a long-established Japanese guitar maker. This example still carries its period model sticker on the back of the headstock (ELECTRIC GUITAR / MODEL LG-85T), confirming the model.
Guyatone was founded in Tokyo in 1933, and the LG-85T is a classic example of the company's 1960s solid-body line: a large asymmetrical headstock with the "G" metal badge, a metal pickguard, two cream-covered single-coil pickups with sparkle grilles, individual slide switches and a spring-loaded vibrato tailpiece. Plenty of vintage mojo for collectors and players who love Japanese bizarre guitars.
