1977-1981 Fernandes FST Series "Stone Logo" Stratocaster Type - MIJ Japan Vintage
This is a genuine Stone Logo era Fernandes FST Series Stratocaster-style guitar, crafted in Japan during the golden age of Japanese copy guitars often referred to as the "Lawsuit Era". It features the classic 1970s-style large headstock, a one-piece maple neck with maple fingerboard, and a 3-Tone Sunburst finish.
The distinctive "Stone Logo" was used by Fernandes for only a short period, from around 1977 to 1981, and this era is regarded as the most respected period of Japanese vintage Fernandes production. The headstock carries the silver Stone Logo with the "FERNANDES CORPORATION LTD." text. A blue ink "J" stamp is present in the neck pickup cavity. The exact FST model number has not been confirmed, so it is listed here as FST Series.
