1991 Fender Japan ST-57L "57 Reissue" Stratocaster - Left-Handed, MIJ Fujigen
A left-handed Fender Japan '57 Stratocaster reissue from the Made in Japan era, built at the Fujigen factory. Left-handed examples were produced in far smaller numbers than their right-handed counterparts, and they surface only occasionally on the used market.
This example carries the serial number J030383 with the "MADE IN JAPAN" stamp at the neck end, a pencil date of 3-23-91 on the neck heel, and factory markings of "ST.57L / N325" on the heel plus "STD-57L" in the neck pocket. It wears a 2-Tone Sunburst finish with a one-piece maple neck, and shows the honest playwear of a guitar that has been used rather than stored away.
