2013 Fender Standard Stratocaster FSR "Special Edition" - Candy Tangerine, Made in Mexico
This is a 2013 Fender Standard Stratocaster from a Factory Special Run (FSR), built at Fender's Ensenada, Mexico facility. The Special Edition decal is on the back of the headstock. The serial number MX13380266 dates it to 2013.
This FSR pairs a metallic Candy Tangerine finish, which was not in the regular Standard Series color lineup, with a pearloid pickguard and parchment-tone knobs and pickup covers. It is a classic three-single-coil Stratocaster layout with a synchronized tremolo, and it plays well.
