1976 Fernandes FST-60 "Burny Custom" S-Style Electric Guitar - MIJ, Pre-Stone Logo Era
A genuine 1970s Made in Japan Fernandes FST-60 bearing the "BURNY CUSTOM" headstock script. It has the classic 70s-style large headstock with bullet truss rod adjustment, a 3-bolt neck plate, and an aged vintage white finish with plenty of honest mojo.
This guitar comes from the period before the Fernandes "Stone Logo" (introduced 1977/78). The fingerboard end is stamped "62801". In the Fernandes date format used from 1976 (YDDMM), this reads as January 28, 1976. The FST-60 sat near the top of the Fernandes S-style lineup of its day and remains a well-known name among Japan Vintage collectors.

Overall: Fair
- Body: Heavy playwear consistent with age, including dings, finish cracks and wear marks. Please see photos.
- Neck: Good. Truss rod has plenty of adjustment room remaining.
- Frets: Approximately 50-60% remaining
- Nut / Bridge / Saddles / Tuners: Good
- Hardware: Tarnish and rust on metal parts (neck plate, screws and others)
- Known issue: The pickguard screws are rusted and will not turn.
- Electronics: No faults were noted by our repair technician, but the guitar has not been tested as a working instrument.
- No odor.
