This is a Fernandes FST Series solid body from the "Stone Logo" period, one of the most sought-after eras of Fernandes production. Serial number 02102 follows the Fernandes date-code format and indicates 1980 production. It wears a 2-tone sunburst finish with a matte black pickguard and a maple neck with maple fingerboard.
The distinctive "Stone Logo" was used by Fernandes for only a short window in the late 1970s to early 1980s, when Japanese builders were producing faithful vintage-style instruments.
